We are pioneers in producing gluten-free products which gave us the knowledge to specialize in our
business unit Organic & Nutrition. We aim to produce delicious, indulgent and clean label gluten-free
products. We are also able to make organic & gluten-free products on demand.

Building a high-performance factory
Our production site in Noyon is very new: we unveiled it at the beginning of 2018. It has allowed us to carry out all our gluten-free operations at a single production site. It has now become the first site entirely dedicated to gluten-free products in France, with surface area of 20,000 m². We needed a total investment of €12m, €7m of which was spent on new machines. This state-of-the-art equipment allowed us to improve existing recipes, to be market innovators, to be flexible for our customers, and to reach a much higher production capacity.
We are, of course, certified organic and gluten-free, and are regularly audited to guarantee maximum product quality.
In 2018, we also obtained IFS certification, which was renewed in 2019. This certification ensures an even higher degree of quality for our brands and our customers.

We also have a production line dedicated to flours and baking mixes, which are quite popular.
Our biscuits production line is 130m long (here is the oven and below the cooling part).
We are able to make gluten-free tests on all of our productions, thanks to our efficient quality department.
